The role includes:
- Answering calls
- Making bookings on our clinic system
- Greeting clients
- Taking payments
- Supporting the therapists and stylists
The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar Front of House/Receptionist role. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.
The Front of House role is hard work that requires someone with true dedication to succeed! In return you will receive a competitive salary, commission on targets achieved and the support to help you grow within our company.
