About Us
Krafted is a cabinetry manufacturing business operating alongside Shauna Kelly Interiors, delivering high-quality bespoke interiors across a range of residential projects. Across both brands, we manage projects from concept through to manufacture, delivery and installation, with a strong focus on quality, detail and client experience.
The Role
This is a key role within the business, focused on keeping live projects moving smoothly from handover through to completion. You will work closely with our internal teams, clients and factory, helping to coordinate timelines, manage priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and in full. This is not a design role. Our technical and design teams are already in place. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, momentum and accountability across live jobs, while communicating clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day progression of live projects across Krafted and Shauna Kelly Interiors
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure jobs are moving forward in line with agreed deadlines
- Work closely with the Krafted factory team to support production planning and prioritisation
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, timelines and next steps
- Liaise with design, technical, factory, delivery and installation teams to ensure clear handovers and smooth workflow
- Identify delays, bottlenecks or risks early and help resolve them before they impact delivery
- Support the coordination of delivery and installation activity to ensure projects are completed on time and in full
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules and updates across all live jobs
- Help bring structure, consistency and accountability to project delivery across the business
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Krafted factory through strong coordination, routine checks and good operational organisation
About You
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and confident managing multiple moving parts. You will be a strong communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and internal teams, and able to keep projects progressing in a clear and proactive way. You may already have experience in project coordination, operations, delivery management or production planning, ideally within interiors, manufacturing, construction, fit-out or a related environment.
You should have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple live projects or workflows
- Confidence dealing directly with clients in a professional and reassuring manner
- The ability to work well with internal teams, suppliers, trades and factory staff
- A practical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- The ability to prioritise effectively and keep things moving
It would be helpful if you have:
- Experience in bespoke interiors, joinery, cabinetry, manufacturing or fit-out
- Experience supporting production or delivery planning
- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-led business
- An understanding of the importance of clear processes, record keeping and operational standards
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Projects are progressing smoothly and consistently
- Clients feel informed and confident throughout their project
- Production priorities are clear and realistic
- Internal teams are aligned and working to clear timelines
- Issues are spotted early and handled proactively
- Jobs are delivered on time and in full wherever possible
What We Offer
- The opportunity to join a growing, quality-focused business
- A varied and hands-on role across two connected brands
- A supportive and ambitious team environment
- Company pension
- Health Shield health plan
- Early finish on Fridays
