Shauna Kelly Interiors is a leading Luxury Residential Interior Design practice working on high end Luxury Interior projects across the UK & Ireland. We are now seeking an organised, design-aware Design Support Coordinator to support the delivery of our interior design projects from design approval through to procurement and delivery. This role is central to our studio operations, with a strong focus on FF&E coordination, procurement, purchase orders, and supplier liaison.

You will work closely with our senior designers and project manager to ensure products and materials are accurately specified, ordered, tracked, and delivered in line with project programmes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining design support with operational responsibility.

Reporting Line

  • Reporting to: Project Manager
  • Working closely with: Senior Designers, Technical Team, Suppliers & Subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Studio Support
    • Support senior designers with project documentation, schedules, and presentations
    • Assist with FF&E schedules following design approval
    • Maintain consistent presentation and documentation standards across projects
  • FF&E Procurement & Purchase Orders
    • Manage FF&E procurement across multiple projects
    • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with approved specifications and budgets
    • Track orders to ensure products are secured, manufactured, and delivered on time
    • Coordinate deliveries to studio stores or designated project locations
    • Maintain accurate procurement trackers and records
  • Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination
    • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure:
    • Accurate manufacture in line with approved specifications
    • Correct finishes, dimensions, and quantities
    • Timely delivery of all products and materials
    • Proactively resolve procurement or delivery issues in collaboration with the wider team
  • Project & Delivery Support
    • Work closely with the Project Manager to align procurement with project timelines
    • Provide regular updates on order status, deliveries, and potential risks
    • Support coordination between design, technical, and delivery stages

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience or strong interest in FF&E procurement and coordination
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
