Purpose and objectives of the role 1.

First point of contact for visitors, clients and callers 2.

Supporting team with general administrative office duties Skills 1.

Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally 2.

Good verbal and written communication skills 3.

Friendly, approachable and professional manner 4.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5.

Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Main duties and responsibilities 1.

Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner 2.

Answer, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls 3.

Deal with general enquiries and direct queries to the appropriate member of staff 4.

Arrange meeting rooms and assist with refreshments when required 5.

Provide general admin duties to the office 6.

Order stationery and monitor office supplies 7.

Issuing of purchase order numbers when required using SAGE (training will be given) 8.

Carry out other reasonable duties to support the smooth running of the office Experience 1.

Basic IT skills including Microsoft, Excel and Outlook 2.

Experience using office systems or databases (not essential training will be given) Hours Monday - Thursday 08:30-16:30 Friday 08:30 - 16:00
