About the role: Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious junior sous chef to join this outstanding and prestigious and exclusive private club. As a junior sous chef, you will report directly into the sous and head chef with an overall team of 14 chefs. The junior sous chef should be a strong and independent Chef who will be helping all departments that include the restaurant, Brasserie, Terrace bar as well as functions and banqueting. The junior sous chef should be engaging, personable and able to build relationships. An advantage of having some experience in fine dining would be welcome. The junior sous chef should pride themselves on presentations and flavours as well as offering fresh locally sourced ingredients and be creative & engaging. The successful junior sous chef will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach and a proactive approach to client relationships.
