About the role:
Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious sous chef to join this outstanding national contract catering company. As sous chef, you will report directly into the head chef whilst managing a small team and taking overall responsibility of a stunning staff restaurant in a state of the art building. The sous chef should be engaging, personable and able to build relationships. The sous chef should pride themselves on presentations and flavours as well as offering fresh ingredients and being creative. The successful sous chef will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach to client relationships.
