About the role:
Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef de partie to join this outstanding national contract catering company. As chef de partie, you will report directly into the sous chef and head chef whilst working alongside a small team and taking responsibility for a stunning staff restaurant in a state-of-the-art building. The chef de partie should be engaging, personable, and able to build relationships. They should take pride in presentations and flavours, offering fresh ingredients and being creative. The successful chef de partie will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach to client relationships. Previous demi chef or chef de partie experience is required, or a chef de partie looking for new challenges.
