About the role: Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef de partie to join this outstanding and prestigious and exclusive private club. As chef de partie you will report directly into the sous and head chef within an overall team of 11 chefs. The chef de partie should be engaging, personable and able to build relationships easily. A background of classical French would be an advantage if not fine dining experience of a la carte, bistro, summer BBQs and ad hoc events. The chef de partie should pride on presentations and flavours as well as offering fresh local sourced ingredients and be creative & engaging. The successful chef de partie will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach and a proactive approach to client relationships. The chef de partie should be a strong and independent Chef who will be on the hot section and sauce section and can work under pressure and be able to work with the team.
