We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join Shatro London and oversee the financial and contractual management of our premium construction and fit-out projects across London.
Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of multiple simultaneous projects
- Preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supplier terms
- Cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
- Procurement strategy and tender management
- Variations management and final account settlement
- Ensuring commercial compliance across all project stages
About You
- 5+ years of commercial management experience in premium construction or fit-out
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget in the high-end segment
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent
- MRICS membership preferred
- Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in Russian is also required.
