I am seeking an experienced Software Sales & Account Management professional to join a growing recruitment ATS and CRM software company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and can confidently manage the full sales and account lifecycle. You will work closely with recruitment agencies and end clients, supporting new business acquisition while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. For the right candidate, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to help shape our commercial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales across Temp & Perm recruitment agencies providing our advanced software solutions
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations tailored to client needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their workflows and challenges
- Work closely with product and support teams to relay customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales and account records within the CRM
About You
- Proven experience in software sales and/or account management (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
- Experience working with recruitment agencies is highly desirable
