- Assisting clients with data breach management, reporting, and investigations.
- Advising on complex Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other data subject requests.
- Supporting clients in responding to and resolving personal data breaches, including liaising with the ICO.
- Conducting data protection gap analyses and supporting the implementation of compliance plans.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory developments in data protection law.
- Supporting the wider team on commercial contracts and other legal matters as required.
