Sharpsmart is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Spennymoor site, overseeing transport, plant operations, administration and customer service. You will be a confident people leader with the technical understanding to manage heavy machinery and the commercial awareness to drive budgets and profitability.
You will own the site P&L, develop budgets, monitor performance and deliver targets while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and timely audits.
