As we continue to expand, we're excited to open our doors for a Plant Manager to join our team! The Plant Manager will manage daily plant operation, plant maintenance and leadership of the team; by leading by example as a visible presence on the plant floor whilst ensuring that all administrative duties within your remit are completed. You will be responsible for managing a diverse and talented operations team. Your primary goal is to organise staff members to ensure efficiencies and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. Your position will also include directing, training, assisting and disciplining (if necessary) operational employees in a fast-paced setting.
What you will do:
- Management of all plant related staff including Maintenance staff, Plant Supervisor, Team Leaders & Floor staff to include ongoing support & direction
- Management of floor stock, contingency and supplies including raising orders and maintaining stock levels
- Deliver information, updates on issues/concerns
