We have a vacancy for a casual hours Environmental Service Technician/Hospital Porter within our Field Services team.
Field Services ensure our customers receive a top level service, and ensure we continue to up-hold our high standards.
This role will be based in a hospital healthcare environment and have a main focus of moving healthcare waste throughout the hospital.
Your role as a Porter will involve
- Portering of large 770L and 1100L wheelie bins from waste rooms to place of disposal and back on a daily basis.
- Cleaning of large wheeled 770L domestic and recycling bins.
- Supporting the contract on site where necessary with project specific duties
- Collection and distribution of our own reusable sharps containers on a weekly basis.
- Supportive in waste segregation, bin bag colour coding.
- Adhere to health and safety processes and procedures

- Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks such as moving bulk containers
