We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our leaders through growth, change and day to day people decisions across a complex operational environment. You will work closely with leaders and our people managers to drive performance, support change and ensure consistent, fair people practices in a regulated, safety focused environment. This is a visible role with real influence, suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a tangible impact. This role requires hybrid working with 3 regular days onsite at our Essex and Kent locations. Partnering with senior leaders to support organisational performance, structure and capability Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and complex casework Leading and supporting change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning Using people data and insight to influence decision making Supporting performance, succession and leadership development initiatives Ensuring policies, processes and practices are fair, compliant and applied consistently Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver group wide priorities Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast paced, operational or regulated environment Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence handling complex issues A practical, commercial mindset with the ability to balance people needs and business outcomes Relevant HR/CIPD qualification If you’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
