We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our leaders through growth, change and day to day people decisions across a complex operational environment. The role combines strategic input with hands on delivery, requiring strong judgement, confidence in challenging when needed, and a practical approach to solving problems.
You will work closely with leaders and our people managers to drive performance, support change and ensure consistent, fair people practices in a regulated, safety focused environment. This is a visible role with real influence, suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a tangible impact. This role requires hybrid working with 3 regular days onsite at our Essex and Kent locations.
Your role will involve:
- Partnering with senior leaders to support organisational performance, structure and capability
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and complex casework
- Leading and supporting change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
- Coaching leaders to build strong, accountable and engaged teams
- Using people data and insight to influence decision making
- Supporting performance, succession and leadership development initiatives
- Ensuring policies, processes and practices are fair, compliant and applied consistently
- Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver group wide priorities
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast paced, operational or regulated environment
- Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence handling complex issues
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and working at leadership level
- A practical, commercial mindset with the ability to balance people needs and business outcomes
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and regions
- Relevant HR/CIPD qualification
