Due to continued growth within the business, Sharpsmart Normanton are recruiting for a Drivers Mate role. This role will be critical to our Transport and Operational teams by being the responsible person for loading and operating our new RCV Vehicle, identifying any non-conformances within specific waste streams, and offering continual support to our Plant Operations team.

Daily duties will include:

  • Safely loading RCV Vehicle
  • Operation of the back end RCV controls
  • Identify and raise non-conformances in line with compliance requirements
  • Completion of consignment notes
  • Decanting & unloading of vehicle
  • Support with Plant Operation duties as required
