As we continue to expand, we\’re excited to open our doors for an Operations Administrator to join our team!
Position Details
Part-time position
20 hours per week
Monday–Thursday (5 hours per day)
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire administration of customer orders from point of order placement to clean submittal to billing
- Analyse data against requests to confirm requirements and coordinate internal departments to accommodate customer requests
- Work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards
- Review and interpret data sets to obtain information for performance metrics/reports, fulfill information requests, and drive efficiencies
- Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records, files, and documentation
- Provide support for any internal requests
Who are we looking for?
- 2+ years of administrative experience (retail, operational, hospitality, or corporate will be considered)
- Intermediate proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive \”can-do\” attitude and approach to responsibilities, with an ability to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
- Strong attention to detail; all work accurate and performed to a high standard
- Excellent organizational skills
