Sharpsmart are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team â someone who thrives on winning new business and creating longâterm value for healthcare clients. In this salesâfocused role you will lead new business growth within the NHS and private healthcare sector. You will identify and secure new opportunities for Sharpsmart waste management systems and services, building strong relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders. Your goal will be to drive territory growth through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic selling â from first contact through to contract close.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within healthcare organisations.
- Build relationships with key decisionâmakers, influencers, and procurement teams.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate ROI and safety benefits.
- Develop and execute a robust sales plan for your territory, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Work with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
