Sharpsmart are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team — someone who thrives on winning new business and creating long‑term value for healthcare clients. In this sales‑focused role you will lead new business growth within the NHS and private healthcare sector. You’ll identify and secure new opportunities for Sharpsmart waste management systems and services, building strong relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders. Your goal will be to drive territory growth through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic selling — from first contact through to contract close.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within healthcare organisations.
