Sharps Fitted Furniture is the market's leading fitted furniture specialist. Our new Sales Office located in Bilston wants a full‑time Sales Office Administrator to support the team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will carry out all administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the Sales Office.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders, taking deposits, dealing with finance queries and any other issues that may arise with customer orders. You will be the primary contact to ensure that our customers are fully looked after from the placement of their order to delivery. In addition, you will act as a link between the Scheduling Office in Bagshot and internal departments at our Head Office locations in Bagshot and Bilston.

Our business operates seven days a week. Successful candidates will be accustomed to working in a busy office environment, be PC literate, able to prioritise, organise and multi‑task. You should be self‑motivated, able to communicate positively across the network, and willing to work on a rota basis that includes weekend availability.

Work Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle finance queries and resolve order‑related issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from order placement to delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling Office in Bagshot and other Head Office departments.
