Supporting all group companies across the UK. We’re looking for a highly organised, people‑focused HR Administrator to join our central HR team. This is a busy, varied role supporting a wide range of HR activity across our group – from onboarding and recruitment to learning & development and employee queries. As part of a shared service function, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing helpful advice, triaging queries, and ensuring the smooth delivery of day‑to‑day HR processes. We are also open to considering this role as an apprenticeship opportunity for the right candidate who is keen to build a career in HR while learning on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and triaging appropriately
  • Managing employee lifecycle processes (e.g. onboarding, changes, leavers)
  • Handling data entry and reporting using our HR systems, including weekly payroll‑related processes
  • Supporting recruitment administration (e.g. Screening, interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters)
  • Coordinating and communicating L&D activity (e.g. booking training, arranging travel and accommodation)
  • Covering reception and supporting other business administration tasks as needed
  • Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement activity
