Sharps Fitted Furniture, part of the Sharps Furniture Group, is a market leader in bespoke fitted furniture. We are looking for an experienced and organised Sales Office Manager to lead our new national scheduling function based in Bagshot. Reporting to the Customer Experience Centre Manager, you will manage a team of administrators responsible for coordinating appointments and diaries for over 200 designers nationwide, ensuring maximum efficiency and an excellent customer experience. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you will oversee scheduling operations, support sales performance, and act as a key link between designers, showrooms, and our head office teams in both Bagshot and Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the scheduling and administration team
  • Oversee national designer appointment planning and optimisation
  • Support delivery of KPIs and sales targets
  • Ensure clear communication across designers, showrooms, and internal departments
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in scheduling processes

About You

  • Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; CRM systems such as Salesforce advantageous)

This role operates five days out of seven, including weekends on a rota basis.
