Reporting To: National Field Installations Manager

Shape the future of installation at Sharps. With over 50 years of heritage, Sharps Furniture Group—home to Sharps, Fittingly, and Clever Closet—is a leader in bespoke fitted furniture. As we grow across the UK, we’re looking for a Divisional Installations Manager (North and Scotland) to lead operations, drive quality, and help scale our installation function across all brands; you will work alongside a counterpart covering the other half of the country.

Your Role

  • Lead a regional team of field installation managers, own the end-to-end installation process, and collaborate with recruitment, training, and compliance teams.
  • You’ll ensure installations are high-quality, efficient, and safe—while continuously improving how we work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Field Installation Managers across the North
  • Ensure top-tier installation delivery across all brands
  • Oversee installer recruitment and training coordination
  • Improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Maintain H&S and GDPR compliance
