Sharps Furniture Group is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our Bagshot office. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, and fleet administration for office and field teams, ensuring smooth processes and a great experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment: Use our ATS system to screen CVs & coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding and compliance for new starters.
- Support Fleet team with various admin associated with company vehicles.
- Maintain HR data and produce reports for the HR Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- HR, recruitment, or admin experience – fleet experience a big plus.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
