Sharps Furniture Group is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our Bagshot office. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, and fleet administration for office and field teams, ensuring smooth processes and a great experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment: Use our ATS system to screen CVs & coordinate interviews.
  • Support onboarding and compliance for new starters.
  • Support Fleet team with various admin associated with company vehicles.
  • Maintain HR data and produce reports for the HR Manager.

  • HR, recruitment, or admin experience – fleet experience a big plus.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
