Showroom Consultant - PART TIME

Part Time – 2 days – £9,518.08 + commissions and incentives

Sharps Bedrooms, a leading provider of fitted bedroom furniture, is seeking a skilled Showroom Demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.
5. Showroom Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
6. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.

Requirements:

1. Previous Experience: Not necessary as full training given.
2. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
3. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
4. Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of bedroom furniture and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.
5. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and address their needs.

• £9518.08 for 2 days per week basic + commission + incentives
