Temporary Part-Time Showroom Consultant - Sharps Fitted Furniture Reading Showroom (there may be an occasional need to cover our showroom in Waterlooville, however expenses would be paid in this event).

Sharps Furniture Group, the UKs leading provider of fitted furniture, is seeking a skilled Showroom Demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.
  • Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Not necessary as full training given.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
