At Sharps Bedrooms, we have over 50 years of experience designing and crafting bespoke fitted furniture to transform homes. We are currently looking for a Planning and Installations Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our Installations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Planning and Installations Coordinator, you will have direct contact with our Customers and be responsible for the organisation and completion of their Installations. These are demanding positions in a key area of the business. You must be highly organised with exceptional administration and communication skills. You will possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to converse intelligently at all levels. You will be tenacious, target-driven, self-motivated, able to work with a sense of urgency and have a can-do attitude.

You Will:

  • Coordinate and own a Customers Installation from the first day ensuring on-time delivery and completion.
  • Communicate with Customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their Installation.
  • Collaborate with the Field team and Internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure quality.
  • Maintain accurate project records.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in Planning, Coordination, or Project Management, ideally in a home improvement office environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on Customer Service.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
