Part-Time Showroom Consultant – Sharps Fitted Furniture Edinburgh Showroom (2 or 3 days available)

Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s leading provider of fitted furniture, is seeking a skilled Showroom Demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Not necessary as full training given.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
