These are key leadership roles, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and will be responsible for inspiring and developing teams of field-based, self-employed sales consultants.
The Role
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and customer experience across your region. About You
We are looking for someone who brings both leadership and commercial capability:
- Proven success in a field‑based sales management role
- Background in direct or B2C sales — furniture, interiors or premium consumer goods experience is a strong advantage
- Motivational coaching style with the ability to inspire performance
- Confident communicator and influencer
- Commercially focused, data‑driven and results‑oriented
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your territory
