They are currently looking for an **Assistant Profit Centre Manager** to be based at their **Northampton** branch.
Grow sales & Trading numbers Have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising the Branch's profitability Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in Branch by providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service with a hands-on customer focused approach Proactively engage with existing and potential future customers Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
Negotiable base salary depending on experience Profit share scheme Company pension
