Sharper Consulting Services is working with our client in the East of England to recruit an EHO/Housing Standards Officer on an interim basis. The role is an initial 3-month contract, with a pay rate of £40-£50 per hour depending on experience.
The candidate will handle a mixed caseload of reactive and proactive enforcement work, including HHSRS inspections, HMO licensing, Improvement Notices, Prohibition Orders, Civil Penalties, and tenant investigations.
