Sharper Consulting Services is working with our client, based in Berkshire, and is currently looking for an EHO/Private Sector Housing Officer available immediately to cover a vacancy within the team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months Initially). They are looking for someone who has the skills and experience to carry out HMO licensing renewals, HHSRS inspections, schedule of works and if needed, enforcement duties in relation to landlords and tenants to ensure improvements to the private rented sector. This will include HHSRS inspections as well as HMO licensing. It is crucial that you can manage you own workload and hit the ground running as there will be work to get going with right away. Whilst some work can be undertaken remotely, this is a front line role which will require the candidate to be close to the district but there is remote working available 2/3 days per week (for a full time position)
