A fast-growing AI advertising technology company with over £10 million in Series A funding is looking for a Meta Ads Expert to join its rapid expansion. As the go-to technical authority on the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), you will serve as the strategic bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will translate complex client performance challenges into actionable AI strategies, conduct high-impact account audits, and turn technical insights into compelling business growth stories for enterprise retail brands. You will partner with Sales to close major deals through technical validation and performance deep-dives, support Customer Success on critical calls, and feed real-world auction dynamics back to Product to continuously evolve the AI platform.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of senior performance marketing experience with enterprise-scale Meta campaigns, including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Dynamic Product Ads, Meta Catalog, Conversions API, and feed optimisation. You have advanced mastery of Meta’s tools and platforms, strong analytical skills to handle large datasets, and the ability to communicate complex bidding and AI strategies clearly to C-suite stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, with a couple of days a week in their Liverpool Street Office. If you are a senior Meta expert ready to move beyond campaign management and help shape the future of AI-powered advertising for major retailers, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-funded, fast-scaling business at the perfect time.
