Frontend Engineers: Are you ready to ride the rocket of an AI-native data orchestration platform that's already 100×'d usage and quintupled revenue in the last year?
In a small, elite team, you'll own high-impact frontend features end-to-end (with opportunities to influence backend when it makes sense), collaborate directly with customers and product folks, run rapid UI experiments, craft intuitive and performant interfaces that make complex data workflows feel effortless, ship multiple times daily, and help shape culture and strategy in a fiercely user-obsessed, high-velocity environment.
You'll tackle real pain points in making data reliability, orchestration, observability, and AI-powered pipelines visible and delightful for lean data teams — building scalable, maintainable UIs that empower users to move fast without friction.
The stack is modern and frontend-forward: React + Type Script at the core, with Python + Fast API and Type Script + Express on the backend, serverless AWS (Terraform), Docker, Postgre SQL + Dynamo DB, and Git Hub Actions + Blacksmith CI/CD.
Requirements: 5+ years building and shipping production-grade web apps with a strong frontend focus, deep proficiency in React and Type Script, solid grasp of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, state management, component design, and scalable UI systems.
You're pragmatic and product-driven — balancing rapid iteration, experimentation, and long-term quality.
Comfort with cloud platforms and backend API integration is key.
Bonus: Python familiarity or eagerness to dip into full-stack contributions when needed.
Compensation includes significant equity in an incredibly fast-growing business, plus a base salary up to £120k.
Working Style: 3 days a week on site in their Central London office.

Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
