Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
- Process meter billing and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and service records for audit and tracking purposes.
Technical Functions
- Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions.
- Attend to on-site service calls and urgent breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals) and software-related problems (drivers, system integration, workflow solutions).
- Assist in deploying and troubleshooting smart enterprise solutions such as document management systems, print management software, and workflow automation tools.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
- Experience in copier/MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.
- Sound knowledge of network setup (IP configuration, drivers installation).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willing to travel for on-site servicing across Singapore.
