Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Photocopier Engineer in the Hertfordshire and East London area, to service customers in the following postcodes: AL, WD, HP, MK, LU E14, E15, E16, E17, EN\\nCustomer Support Engineer\\nAs a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the face of Sharp Business Systems attending customer sites, providing first class service by preparing, installing, maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of multi-function photocopier devices and software.\\nOur engineers work sociable hours (Monday – Friday, office hours)\\nThe ideal candidate will have previous experience with the maintenance of MFDs/photocopiers and ideally some networking skills.\\nExperience with Sharp products is highly desirable.\\nA company vehicle is provided, and a full driving licence is required.\\nResponsibilities\\n * Delivering, installing and demonstrating machines to customers\\n * Maintenance and repairs of multifunctional machines\\n * Occasional work in one of our workshops\\n * Attending training courses and service meetings as requested\\n * Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated\\n * Managing and protecting stock and consumables in the company vehicle\\n * Promoting company products and feeding any relevant information back to the sales department\\nEssential skills\\n * Experience as a Field Service Photocopier Engineer, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment\\n * Experience of networking is required\\n * Experience with Sharp equipment is preferred.\\n * Experience with Papercut is advantageous\\n * Familiar with working to KPIs or SLAs\\nAbout Sharp UK\\nSharp UK, which incorporates Sharp IT Services and Sharp Business Systems, is a technology partner for organisations and businesses throughout the UK and beyond.
