Review and processing of staff reimbursements claims.
Prepare and process monthly GIRO/Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments to employees, related parties, local suppliers and overseas suppliers.
Issue debit notes to HQ and related parties.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries for Prepayments, General Expenses, Accruals and other accounting adjustments.
Maintain the fixed assets register and calculate monthly depreciation.
Prepare monthly schedules and reports to support annual audit and tax purposes.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Process recurring entries for GIRO deductions from leasing companies.
Prepare monthly cash flow reports and quarterly foreign exchange (Forex) reports.
Calculate monthly sales commissions and incentive payable to salesmen.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing the required documents.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should have a Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification with ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent team player with sharp analytical skills.
