Requirements

· The ideal candidate will have a track record in 2nd Line support.

· Technical qualifications are desirable but not essential as we provide the opportunity to gain the necessary accreditations.

· Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills

· The ability to resolve backup and antivirus issues.

· You will be confident in getting to grips with a varied client base, each with its own challenges and priorities.

· You will have excellent written & verbal communication skills, giving you the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

· You must have a genuine interest in technology and a passion for learning new skills
