  • Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement
  • Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Measurable improvements in organisational capability and performance
  • L&D that clearly contributes to business outcomes

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
