- Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business goals

- Apprenticeship framework development
- Conduct a company-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps
- Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement
- Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Achieve measurable improvements in organisational capability and performance
- Ensure L&D clearly contributes to business outcomes
