This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining structure, insight, and collaboration to deliver sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex transformation projects across the organisation.
  • Define and agree project scope, objectives, and success measures with senior stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic requirements into actionable, value-driven project plans and solutions.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Drive effective governance through accurate reporting, risk and issue management, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs to ensure benefits are realised and sustained post-implementation.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and support change adoption.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for digital enablement, automation, and data-driven improvement.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear and timely updates to senior leadership.
  • Support operational readiness and transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Act as a change champion, promoting agility, innovation, and best practice across the organisation.
  • Capture lessons learned and apply insights to continuously improve transformation delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry best practice to maximise transformation outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ proven experience delivering complex transformation projects within a TMO, PMO, or similar strategic environment.
  • Strong track record of leading business-wide, multi-site change initiatives, including systems and process implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation, process improvement, and data-led solutions.
  • Advanced capability in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid understanding of project and programme methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) and change management principles.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with effective planning, reporting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency using project delivery and collaboration tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and resilient in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Business Analysis are desirable but not essential.
