We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Business Analyst to join our People & Transformation team and play a key role in delivering complex, organisation‑wide change. Operating at both strategic and delivery levels, you’ll lead discovery, analysis and solution design across multiple workstreams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager, you’ll translate strategic vision into clear requirements, robust operating models and measurable benefits, ensuring change initiatives deliver real and sustainable value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for large‑scale, multi‑workstream transformation programmes
- Define and agree analysis scope and objectives with senior stakeholders and programme sponsors
- Translate strategic goals into actionable, value‑driven solutions and requirements
- Produce high‑quality analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, process maps, service blueprints and benefits cases
- Drive strong governance, decision‑making, risk management and reporting within transformation programmes
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact and ensure benefits are realised and sustained
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation, securing buy‑in and enabling effective change adoption
- Analyse and optimise business processes, leveraging digital tools and data‑driven insights
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies across programmes
- Act as a change champion, embedding best practice, agility and continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, providing guidance and quality assurance
- Contribute to the development of TMO frameworks, methodologies and playbooks
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven experience delivering analysis on complex, enterprise‑scale transformation programmes
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design and benefits realisation
- Experience driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and operating model design
- Confident using analysis and delivery tools such as M365, Jira/Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Visio or Lucidchart
- Experience defining KPIs, using data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to support decision‑making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills at all levels
- Experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analysis, Change, IT or a related discipline
- Professional certifications (BCS, IIBA, AgilePM, Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI) are desirable
