We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a forward-thinking L&D function that drives growth, performance, and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to design a modern, blended learning strategy from the ground up, helping individuals and teams thrive while supporting a significant business transformation journey. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business goals
  • Build a blended learning ecosystem across digital, in-person, and on-the-job solutions
  • Lead key programmes including:
    • Corporate induction redesign
    • Apprenticeship framework development
    • Sales Academy programme
    • Manager Essentials programme
  • Conduct a company-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps
  • Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation
  • Manage and optimise learning platforms such as KnowBe4 and GoodHabitz
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery

About You

  • You will bring:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working across multiple sites or functions
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and ROI
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for developing people
