1st Line Support Analyst in West Bromwich required Hybrid working: 3x in the office, 2x from home Are you friendly, tech-savvy, and passionate about providing exceptional service? Sharp IT Services is on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our growing helpdesk team. If you\’re keen to build your career in IT and enjoy helping people solve problems, this could be the perfect next step. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our diverse client base, helping to resolve IT issues efficiently and professionally. Hitting performance targets to keep our service levels high. * Representing Sharp IT Services with professionalism and integrity.
