At Sharp IT Services UK (SITUK), we’re looking for an IT Account Manager to join our local team in the East Thames Valley / London sector.
As an Account Manager for the SITUK division, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored technology solutions that support and enable their business success.
This role is itinerant in nature, hence requires extensive travel within the defined geographical sector, and will be reporting into our High Wycombe office.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively manage client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and colleagues to build strong partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
- Hold account management meetings, engaging internal experts where needed to enhance client value.
- Recommend products and services that help clients maximise their use of technology.
