We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our People & Transformation team and play a key role in delivering business‑wide change initiatives that support our long‑term strategy and growth. Reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager, this role blends strong project management discipline with advanced business analysis and change capability. You’ll lead complex transformation projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes while embedding new ways of working across the organisation.
As Transformation Project Manager, you will be accountable for driving strategic change initiatives from concept through to delivery and adoption. Operating across multiple workstreams, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple, complex transformation projects across the organisation.
- Define and agree project scope, objectives, and success measures with senior stakeholders.
- Translate strategic requirements into actionable, value‑driven project plans and solutions.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Drive effective governance through accurate reporting, risk and issue management, and decision‑making frameworks.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to ensure benefits are realised and sustained post‑implementation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy‑in and support change adoption.
- Lead and inspire cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for digital enablement, automation, and data‑driven improvement.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear and timely updates to senior leadership.
- Support operational readiness and transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Act as a change champion, promoting agility, innovation, and best practice across the organisation.
- Capture lessons learned and apply insights to continuously improve transformation delivery.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry best practice to maximise transformation outcomes.
- 5+ years’ proven experience delivering complex transformation projects within a TMO, PMO, or similar strategic environment.
- Strong track record of leading business‑wide, multi‑site change initiatives, including systems and process implementation.
- Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation, process improvement, and data‑led solutions.
- Advanced capability in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Solid understanding of project and programme methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) and change management principles.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with effective planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Proficiency using project delivery and collaboration tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and resilient in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Business Analysis are desirable but not essential.
