We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Internal Sales Support Executive to join our growing Pro AV team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, working closely with both internal teams and external customers to support and drive business growth.

You’ll play a key role in managing quotes, supporting field sales teams, and helping to generate and progress new business opportunities. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to develop hands‑on experience within a commercial setting, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a high volume of quotes and bid requests (approx. 150–200 per month)
  • Providing essential support to external sales teams, including pricing and product information
  • Assisting with lead generation and supporting sales campaigns
  • Identifying high‑potential opportunities and passing them to field sales teams
  • Following up on quotes, bids, and sales leads to drive conversion
  • Supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Helping maintain accurate data and discipline within CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Producing customer reports and assisting account managers with ad hoc requests
  • Supporting inventory reviews, order tracking, and business planning processes
  • Building a strong understanding of products and solutions to confidently support customer enquiries
