We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional IT support to a key client in Beckton. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning, updating, and progressing tickets to ensure the client is confident their issue will be investigated and actioned.
  • Meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain a consistent high standard of service across Sharp IT Services.
  • Taking an active role in personal development to increase technical proficiency.
  • Organising and prioritising daily tasks to provide service in line with client expectations.
  • Communicating professionally, positively, and friendly with all colleagues and clients to aid in effective exchange of information.
  • Being an ambassador of Sharp IT Services at all times, to improve and maintain the reputation of Sharp IT Services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar 1st line support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email migration projects.
  • Previous roles in healthcare or large-scale IT environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
