This Role Involves:
- Full plans assessment against Building Regulations
- Managing amendments and clearing conditions
- Working with designers, contractors and developers
- Maintaining high standards under ISO 9001
- Supporting continuous service improvement
Ideally you will have solid Approved Inspector experience, confidence working independently, and the ability to apply legislation with clarity and consistency.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience within building control
- Class D or above
